Clock Tray Skins didn't load w/ my MSVista platform. However, I totally recommend *1st Clock Pro 5.0* because it has better features, customization, multiple time zones, calendar features, event capabilities, alarm customization, and many other programmable features.

LOVE THIS! I think that the different looks that you have to choose from work great, and I wish there was something that would allow it to rotate it's looks on a daily basis without having to open it and doing so yourself. But I do like the looks and it seems to not be too much of a hog and slow things down like one I had tried in the past. This one is a keeper!!

I am entirely happy with Clock Tray Skins Lite. It does what it claims to do, and that is not an often found thing in this day and age.

Thank you.

Thanks for these. I found it t be quite useful. I have the icons sitting in a nice colorful row at the bottom of my screen and whenever I want to know the time somewhere I just put my mouse pointer on them and the time shows up.

It is user friendly and that is something I like having.

You are doing a good thing assisting people all ove the world wit what you create.

Have you had any problems with clock tray skins working with windows 7? I can download it in to the system, but it never replaces the original clock. I haven't found any place in the format to turn the standard clock off. I would like to use the skins if I can get them to work. Thanks Greg

I think they are great, especially for translusent, because that's the only way you can see the clock in the taskbar.
Thank you so very much for this product, I should have downloaded them when they first came out, I'm so glad I did now. They are great!!!

Iv'e been using clock tray skins for a few years now, and think they'er great, but just the other day I lost it, I still have my original key No. but could not find where to use it, I was told by after sales to go to Clipboard, paste it there, then use Alt plus V to re activate, I didnt even know where clipboard was located, I eventualy found it, but that didn't work, surely it can be made much simpler !!!

Hi,
my name is Henry Moonen. I did try the clock, and I found the time portion very good, but I found the date and day part too small, my eyesight is not the best anymore because of my age, I am six month short of eighty years old.
If the background was 66mm long and 10mm high, with the day, date, year and time including seconds, with numbers and characters in 4mm text, then that would be perfect! I hope that you can modify the looks of your clock because your clock is a beauty!
Regards, Henry.

Much better than the standard clock that windows XP comes with and its easily skinnable and easy to remove and install!!!

Thanks Alot.

I generally like the product, it looked good and was simple and a replacement for the lame windows xp clock.

I uninstalled it for two reasons. First I was having trouble with explorer during startup and I thoug the clock program might be related to that. Also I thought it took up too much space horizontally but not enough vertically. There was no way to customize that.

Thank you.

coincidence?

What seems like a very neat and organised little clock/date utility with various color/skin choices I couldn't help but notice a very heavy draw on system resources and even a disputed decrease in internet download speed. My "hot keys" on my Logitech Acess keyboard including folder options and volume control got totally messed up. I have no explanation for this but once I un-installed the product everything went back to noirmal. (Windows Vista 32 bit 2.0 gig dual RAM)

Like the product, with one qualification

I wish there was a way to increase the font size on the left side display (date and month); unlike the time, it's sometimes very difficult to tell what the date is, given that the display is so small.

Otherwise, great.

Yay - finally replaced the XP clock

I needed a clock to replace the XP clock as generally I found it quite annoying. I wanted to view the date on the desktop rather then always clicking on the XP clock. Anyway had a quick look on google and found this. It installed easily and does the job perfectly, and it has enough skins so it should blend in with your desktop. There doesn't appear to be any drag on the rest of the system. Overall I'm a happy chappy and I would recommend this to anyone.

ps Liverpool to win the Premiership

Nice, Small, Well Organized Program..

I haven't had much time to spend with it yet, but it appears to be a quite pleasent program. It appears like the lite version has very limited options, as I would expect for free, but it appears to be a nice, organized, well layed out program..

Thanks For A Simple But Very Useful Utility

Hello,

Got tired of the MS VISTA time only display that required another cli ck to get the date. Now a quick glance and I have it all....and another feature....ability to modify output to accommodate mood changes. Many thanks.

Tray Clock for GumpWorks

I had this clock some time ago and my PC suffered a stroke and lost all the data,I am assumeing this is the same application, well first of it beats the hell out of the standard IE timepiece, and with the multple interfaces it makes fun changing them when has the one has a notion to change the timepiece's face...Now if this is the lite version the next level must have many more goodies that come with it,it is very user friendly and sure the hell one does not have to a rocket scientest(which I not)I tried other desktop clocks and though they were nice to much crap came with them...so,all in all I would in my opinion give a 5/5 rating.....I cannot rate the price due to me not knowing the price.....
Thank You: GumpWorks...

Not bad, could be better

Very good, many different skin selections but would be better if you could chose different colors of the numbers and/or back ground for each skin.
Some people talked about the small letters, you need a bigger monitor and/or smaller screen resolution. I'm using a 19" monitor and 1280 x 1024 pixels.

Clock Tray Skins

I liked the product; however, it was very hard to read. Would like to see calendar date and Vista Ultimate simply did not display as well as previous XP experiance upon using Clock Tray Skins.

Too lite!

I was looking for a taskbar clock/calender similar to "Tell The Time" which although small was easily readable.
Clock Tray just dosn't have any skins with the clarity that I wanted
as although the time is readable the dates are not.
Maybe someone could program one and let me know!

options

I really like to see the day, date and time at a glance. It's a no-brainer and I can't belive MS didn't think of doing that.

And, the options for viewing seem endless!!

Thanks!

Nice little app

I orient my taskbar vertically, so the clock takes up about 3/4" or taskbar space normally. With CTSL, I have converted that down to about 1/4".

The selection of skins is pretty good.

I wish there was a way I could get an analog skin, but that would require rather more programming than skinning.

I like it except..

I like the clock, it loaded effortlessly. The numbers are big enough so I don't have to squint. The only drawback I have is it is in military time. I was unable to change it to 12 hour time. I tried twice, but I can live with military time. I still remember how it goes.

Systray Clock

Works as designed, lots of different display types. Fully functional as the system boots. Many displays are very hard to see so I ignore them. (Colors are too light, fonts are too small). I'd like the ability to make the selected display around 50% bigger for easier viewing. Not a lot of frills, but you don't need any extras. I've got the time, date. That's all I need in that part of the tray.

All I needed and more

I design and develop software for a living. Just lately during development and testing of an application I required an unobtrusive clock with the ability to display seconds, in order to monitor timer fired events. Residing in the system tray is ideal as I needed to constantly monitor the time as well as trigger other events on my application. The only other program I tried which I will not name seemed to use more system resources than your program and resided in a modal window which I found to be obtrusive. Oh and your program looks very cool as well, I'll continue to use it regularly. Thanks
